Citizens Advice provides free, independent and impartial advice and information to help people resolve their legal, money and other problems. In the past year we have helped over 2.5 million people solve over 6.2 million problems. Our national network delivers services from over 3,000 locations in England and Wales. In 2015 we won Charity Times Charity of the Year for our work. Now we want to do even more. Mae Cyngor ar Bopeth yn darparu cyngor a gwybodaeth am ddim, annibynnol a diduedd i helpu pobl i ddatrys eu problemau cyfreithiol, ariannol a phroblemau eraill. Yn ystod y flwyddyn ddiwethaf, rydym wedi helpu dros 2.5 miliwn o bobl i ddatrys dros 6.2 miliwn o broblemau. As a member of our policy and campaigns team, you will work across different policy areas using a wide range of stakeholder engagement activities. Our strong brand will give you unique opportunities to engage with those who have the power to make change. You will feed into our work influencing policy makers such as Assembly Members, the civil service, regulators and industry.

We are looking for exceptional individuals with strong public affairs and communications skills, curiosity, and ambition to achieve real change on behalf of our clients and consumers.
