Public Affairs Cymru (PAC) is a membership organisation for public affairs professionals in Wales. Established in October 2006, PAC aims to raise awareness of the public affairs industry and to promote good practice. We now have close to 200 members who benefit from:
Networking and events
Members receive regular invitations to PAC events including lectures and ‘Q+A’ sessions with high profile speakers as well as networking events such as the Annual Gala Dinner.
Being a member of PAC offers a range of benefits, which currently include:
- A 33% discount on annual subscription to Public Affairs News.
- A range of discounts on attending political party conferences.
- The chance to stand or vote in elections for the Executive Committee
Developing professional skills and knowledge
Being a member of PAC is also an excellent way to develop your professional skills. Our programme of events and activities offer a range of learning opportunities for public affairs and communications professionals and we have developed a range of Continuous Professional Development (C.P.D) tools that members can use.
For more information on how PAC can contribute to your Continuous Professional Development, please see the CPD page.
